Hello, I bought a Sopera for Oya. My order number was 4603 and it was delivered on June 12. I was out town and I just opened the box yesterday Monday June 17 to find out that one of the handles of the sopera arrived broken in three pieces. The box itself was fine outside and the wrap was in good condition, with the fragile stickers, but when I unwrapped one of the handles it was broken. It looks like it was not handled with care during shipping. I would like a refund.I’m attaching some pictures to show the damage.
I had sent you two emails,I had called you twice and leave a voicemail , I also reached out through WhatsApp but I haven’t received any response yet. It have been 5 days since my package was delivered.
