Your product will be shipped within a maximum of 72 business hours from the date of purchase, If any product is not available, you will be informed immediately in case you want a replacement or a full refund, Please note that we do not control the shipping time once the product leaves our warehouses, If you have any problem, please contact us immediately to our email or our chat, and we will respond as soon as possible.
At botanicaonline.net, we strive to process and ship your order in an efficient and timely manner. However, it is the responsibility of the customer to provide a correct and complete shipping address when placing an order. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the shipping address provided by the customer. In the event that a package is returned by UPS due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs. If the customer chooses not to pay for re-shipping and requests a refund, this will be processed once we receive the returned product. However, please note that only the cost of the product will be refunded, the original shipping cost will not be included, as the error was on the part of the customer and not on our part. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Important Notice Regarding Incorrect Shipping Addresses
We are not responsible in cases where the customer has provided an incorrect address, and the package has been shipped to this wrong address. If the package is delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to manage its recovery. Should the package be returned to our facilities, we are willing to resend it to the correct address, provided the customer covers the additional shipping costs. If the customer chooses to cancel the order, we can process the refund only after the returned package has been received. The refund will be made minus the shipping and return costs incurred by the incorrect address initially provided. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Shipping / International Shipping

It is the customer's responsibility to find out if they can import the product purchased into their country. Moreover, any potential import charges and fees that may apply are the customer's responsibility. If for some reason our shipping policy is not read or overlooked, BotanicaOnline.net will not take responsibility for these additional charges.
In the event that a product is returned to us, the total cost of the product will be refunded, except for the shipping and return costs. These will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the customer.
