Fresh Cordoban Herb is a fresh green-and-purple herb available in two presentations: Fresh Cut leaves and stems or a With Root plant. Cordoban is traditionally used in Cuban and Afro-Caribbean spiritual practice, including omiero, spiritual baths, cleansing preparations, and Orisha-related ritual work.

Choose Your Presentation

• Fresh Cut: fresh Cordoban leaves and stems only. No root, soil, or pot is included.
• With Root: a fresh Cordoban plant with its natural root. No pot or soil is included.

Traditional Spiritual Use

Within some Lucumí, Santería, Cuban, and Afro-Caribbean traditions, Cordoban is traditionally associated with Shango, Ogun, Oya, Yemaya, Aña, and Osain. It may be included in spiritual baths, limpiezas, omiero, and other ceremonial herbal preparations. Exact uses and correspondences vary by lineage and practitioner, and traditional spiritual use does not guarantee a specific outcome.

Freshness & Natural Variation

This is a fresh botanical product. Leaf size, green and purple coloration, stem thickness, fullness, and root development can vary naturally. Open the package promptly after delivery. Keep fresh-cut Cordoban cool and lightly hydrated until use. For the rooted presentation, protect the roots from prolonged drying, excessive heat, and cold stress.
